Oil Garden Menopause Essential Oil Blend

The Oil Garden Menopause Blend Essential Oil (25mL) is a 100% pure essential oil blend formulated to support women experiencing menopause. It combines Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Jasmine, and Rose oils, traditionally used in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms such as mild mood swings, hot flushes, anxiety, fatigue, and sleeplessness. 

How to Use
• Vaporisation: Add 6–9 drops (0.2–0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
• Inhalation: Place 3 drops on a folded tissue and inhale as needed.
• Massage: Mix 6 drops (0.2mL) with a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
• Spritz: Add 5 drops to a 100mL spritz bottle filled with water. Shake well before spritzing the face and surrounding air, avoiding the eye area.
